You And Me Will Always Be Us
“Us” is our blended family. This photo holds me, my mother and sisters, my nephew and his partner, my ex-husband, our boys and their wives, my husband, my ex-husband’s wife and her daughter and our grandson. Since this photo we have added a granddaughter. Being able to co-parent with my ex-husband and his wife have been the most amazing blessing. My sons have a dad and bonus dad and mom and bonus mom as well as the addition of a sister. Our grandchildren know all the parents of our kids as grandparents. When I speak to or about my boys’ bonus mom, I call my boys hers and same with my husband. I’m so thankful for the “Us” we have created.
