We both were pretty broken by tough first marriages and each navigating single parenting when our paths crossed. 2.5 years later ... 2 insanely independent adults, 2 teens, 2 toddlers, a dog, a cat, 8 chickens, 2 hermit crabs and a little 2 acre farm has proven to be a pretty messy ... especially in the midst of a pandemic.
